Trade In Your Gas Guzzler

I had driven past Norris Garage plenty of times. I had picked up my mother from Union Station one night when something popped in the hood and by the time I got home (less than 6 miles) hood was smoking. Didn't know what to do. Looked up mechanics near me and followed my gut when I saw the list. Thank God I did! Mr. Norris was at the front when I got there. He was very kind and professional right off the break. He said if I'd be willing to wait. I went to the waiting room and the entire setup was so nice! It smelled good too! I waited and unfortunately my radiator was shot. The amount was fair. The amount of information Mr. Norris awakened me to was great. Thank you. They fixed my car and the entire experience was so smooth, fair, professional, and the area was so clean! This is how a business is run. Great work team members and Mr. Norris. He is now My Mechanic.
